Fresh Idea: The Unlikely Inspiration Behind Food-Saver FreshPaper

Our wonderful partner, Amy S. Choi, has a new article up on Entrepreneur. In it, she profiles Kavita Shukla, a 27 year-old entrepreneur who has been coining patents since she was 17. Shukla, who was recently honored as a mother of invention at the Women in the World Summit in New York, has developed FreshPaper, which keeps food fresh up to four times longer.
