The Sunday Times UK: The British React to the Athena Doctrine

Our New York Times Best Selling Book The Athena Doctrine is featured in an article in yesterdays Sunday Times titled, "By George, He's Got It." We've sparked an interesting discussion on the merits of feminine competencies in British-led businesses.

The article gives an overview of The Athena Doctrine and focuses on Zopa, a British financial business that embodies Athena values of honest and openness. It also presents the arguments of those who remain unconvinced, most notably John Gray, the author of the famous book, Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus.

Our book clearly points out that men and women are both clearly from earth and they all bring valuable skills to modern business. We urge for an inclusion if feminine characteristics to adapt to a rapidly changing social and collaborative world. The success of Zopa's peer to peer lending model is emblematic of this new business model and the innovative leaders of tomorrow.
