Question of the Week: Your Feedback

In our first Question of the Week, we asked our twitter followers what qualities made one a good professional, and they gave us great insights! One of our favorite responses came from Laura Greb (@lgreps), who told us her top qualities were personable, passionate, leader, persistent, supporter and engaged.

Laura’s response perfectly aligns with the findings of our Athena Doctrine study, where we found that feminine traits such as passionate, supportive and committed were often aligned with being a better leader. In addition, we found that 79% of all adults agreed that a successful career today requires collaborating and sharing credit with others.

Follow @athenadoctrine on Twitter for more Question of the Week topics and let us know your thoughts.
