After two years of work, travelling around the world. I am excited to introduce you to The Athena Doctrine: How Women (And The Men Who Think Like Them) Will Rule The Future.

The book documents the rise of feminine traits and values. It is the result of a large-scale project where I (with the help of some amazing researchers) surveyed 64,000 people in 13 nations and traveled to another 18 countries to interview start-ups, world political leaders, NGO's, CEO’s, military leaders, diplomats, community organizers, educators and many more.

Through over eighty interviews, the book documents how the most innovative men and women are breaking from traditional structures to be more collaborative, transparent, flexible. They represent a worldwide swing in favor of softer/kinder leadership in and their success heralds competition the end of winner-takes-all masculine way of getting things done.

You can see a behind-the-scenes making of the book in a video here

If you’d like to pre-order a copy on Amazon you can do so here.

You can also see more about the data and interviews in the book here

And I’d encourage you to reach out to me @johngerzema on Twitter and jgerzema@bavconsulting.com and follow our conversation, photos and video through @athenadoctrine on Twitter.

I’m really proud of this book and hope you enjoy it.

Thanks, John
